Build your team overseas. We run it day to day.

We recruit, train and manage people on your behalf. You get a working team and a manager accountable for it.

What we do

Four things, run as one job

Recruiter, trainer and manager are usually three separate vendors. Here they are one job, so the standard holds.

Recruiting

We define the role with you, then source and screen against it. You make the final call.

Onboarding and training

Every hire starts against a written plan, with a named person responsible for getting them there.

Day‑to‑day management

A Gronari manager runs the team locally — attendance, workload, quality, escalation — and reports back to you.

Retention and culture

Keeping good people is a job, not luck. Reviews and progression make staying worth more than leaving.

Why companies use us

Hiring overseas usually breaks in the same three places

  1. You get candidates, not a team

A recruiter’s job ends at the offer letter. The first month, the training and the supervision land back on you.

  2. Nobody is managing them locally

Without someone on the ground, small problems stay invisible until they are large ones.

  3. The good ones leave

People leave when the work stops going anywhere. We build progression into the role from the start.

How it works

From the first conversation to a running team

  1. Scope the role

What the role must do, what good looks like, and how you will judge it.

  2. Source and screen

We recruit against that definition and put a shortlist in front of you.

  3. You decide

You interview and approve. Nobody joins your team without your sign-off.

  4. Onboard and train

A written plan, a named person responsible, and checkpoints on the way.

  5. Run and review

Your manager runs the team day to day and reports to you on it.

What we hold to

The six standards behind every hire

The terms we recruit against, train against and manage against — and hold ourselves to.

Growth
We improve constantly — in skill, in character, in performance. Standing still is not an option.
Fiery
We work with visible drive. Our commitment is felt by the people around us, not just stated.
Collective
The fire of one feeds the next. People who are further along train the people behind them.
Exclusive
Being one of the Nari is earned through growth and commitment. We hold the standard rather than lower it.
Loyal
We stay committed — to the work, to the team, and to the people who chose to build something here.
Proud
We represent our work and our country with excellence, and we protect that standard every day.
